New personal best on the horizontal leg press at the gym: 190kg (420lb). I did the whole rack! :D

This morning I got two reps of 80kg (176lb) out on bench press. Yay! Also, there was this chick in bike pants taking a long drink in front of me when I was using the rower machine. Hurr.

6 reps of 70kg bench press and 2 reps of 75kg. I could probably do one or two reps of 80kg if I had a bit more rest and maybe had a banana this morning.

The downside to doing 300kg (660lb) on leg press is that I walk funny for a couple of days afterwards.
